PANORAMA
Villa
Kauri Hill Villa has an open plan design at a generous 150 square metres. A lofty 4m floor to ceiling glass frontage provides spectacular sea views of Whangaroa Harbour from all the living spaces, dedicated work area and both bedrooms.
The spacious living area flows onto an impressive deck which is furnished with everything you need to enjoy alfresco dining and lounging. Watch the boats sail past or star gaze as you soak in the large spa.
The bedrooms have fantastic sea views. Both have a luxurious king size bed that can be reconfigured to two single beds.
OWNER’S
LODGE
At 622 square meters Kauri Hill Lodge is the more spacious of the two accommodations onsite.
A lofty 6 metre stud and floor to ceiling windows provide spectacular sea views of Whangaroa Harbour from all the living spaces and both bedrooms (one on the mezzanine floor and the other on the ground floor).
This accommodation is wheel chair accessible and has ample covered parking, wide access ramps and grab rails in the ground floor level entry bathroom and spa area.
Outside is a fantastic outdoor kitchen so you can make the most of the fabulous views and magical sunsets.
THE ENTIRE
ESTATE
With everything from a helipad to a hot tub onsite, Kauri Hill Estate situated in Whangaroa Harbour in the Bay of Islands offers 5 star luxury.
When you reserve the entire estate, you will have two standalone guest houses on a 60-hectare private reserve: Kauri Hill Lodge and Kauri Hill Villa.
Each accommodation boasts expansive decks, spa, alfresco dining, state-of-the-art kitchen, designer bathrooms, sumptuous bedrooms, and stunning views of Whangaroa Harbour. They can be booked separately or together for events.
Access is via two electronically controlled security gates, ensuring privacy and security. Onsite Concierges assist with settling in and provide local activity and dining information.
